Rajasthan Royals vs Bangalore KheloDream11 Match Prediction:-

In the first match of the double-header, Royal Challengers Bangalore will take on the Rajasthan Royals at Abu Dhabi on Saturday. RCB won their last match via super over against Mumbai Indians, while Rajasthan Royals are coming off a loss. Both the teams will be looking to acclimatize to the conditions at Abu Dhabi as this will be their first match at this venue. All in all, a crackerjack of a contest is on the cards.
Wicket-keepers: There are a plethora of options available in this section. All three in Jos Buttler, AB de Villiers, and Sanju Samson would fit the bill. Jos Buttler gave us a glimpse of his hitting abilities in the last match. AB de Villiers is in very good touch at the moment with the bat. He has made 134 runs from three games so far. Last but not least, Samson who lit Sharjah on fire is a must-have pick.
Batsmen: Steven Smith and Devdutt Padikkal are must-haves from the batsmen section. Devdutt Padikkal is a very good pick considering his budget price. Smith will look to bounce back after a poor show with the bat in the last match. One of Aaron Finch or Virat Kohli would suffice as the third batsmen.
All-rounders: Rahul Tewatia and Shivam Dube will be the two all-rounders. Tewatia has contributed with both bat and ball and with spin expected to play a part, Tewatia’s role increases marginally. Shivam Dube didn’t bowl in the last match as Virat Kohli used only five bowlers. However, Shivam Dube’s batting prowess gives him the edge over others in this section.
Bowlers: Tom Curran was the star performer for Rajasthan Royals. He scored 54 runs and took 1 wicket in a losing cause. Overall, he has taken 3 wickets in three games so far. Jofra Archer is a key player for RR and he’s a must-have pick in the fantasy team. He bowled quick, too quick in the last match. He clocked over 150kph more than eight times. To round-off, Isru Udana would suffice. Udana played his first match for RCB against MI and he did pretty well.

Weather Report

It is expected to be clear and sunny with absolutely no chances of rain on Saturday. The temperature will hover between 29° Celsius to 35° Celsius.

Pitch Report

The batters have enjoyed batting at this venue and the average scores show that. With spin expected to play a part, teams winning the toss would bat first.

What not to expect:-

This is the first of the afternoon games this season and spinners are expected to be in vogue.

Neither team has played at Abu Dhabi, but the three games played in similar Dubai should give RCB a slight edge. Both Virat Kohli and Smith will consider the advantage of applying scoreboard pressure on a sun-baked pitch that slows down over time. Keep an eye on AB de Villiers, who didn’t come out to collect his Man of the Match award against Mumbai Indians due to dehydration. He will now have to keep wickets and face heat from the likes of Jofra Archer at the harshest time of the day.

Did you know?
Gopal has dismissed Kohli thrice and de Villiers four times in the 40 cumulative deliveries he’s bowled to the RCB pair. He took out both players enroute his hat-trick last season.

– Chahal has a similarly successful record against Samson, dismissing him thrice for the cost of just 23 runs.

– Fast bowlers of both teams have struggled so far in the PowerPlay, taking only one wicket each through the first three games.
